Through education, visualisation, reflection and meaningful conversation we support you to uncover your core values and translate them into something real and usable in your everyday life.
Through this process your values become more than ideals. They become a compass for decision-making, relationships, work, and how you choose to move through the world.

2 hours : Guided by Grace & Kate
This is a practical, guided exploration of your values and what they mean for the way you actually live, work and make decisions.
Throughout the workshop, we’ll introduce simple tools and practices to help you identify what matters to you, notice where things feel out of alignment, and use your values as a compass for what comes next.
You’ll leave with:
A clearer understanding of your own values
Practical tools you can use in everyday life
A simple strategy for checking in with yourself when things feel unclear or out of alignment
A process you can come back to and repeat whenever you need to pause, explore and realign.
