developmental Coaching with grace

There are moments in life when the way you've been living starts to feel less and less like you.

Somewhere underneath all the expectations, responsibilities, relationships and stories about who you're supposed to be, there is a sense of who you want to become. The work is creating enough space to hear it.

To explore the things you've been afraid to question. To notice the identities and expectations you've inherited. To understand what matters to you now. To sit with uncertainty and discover what happens when you begin trusting yourself.

Because you are the expert on you.

You get to decide what your life looks like, which relationships you want to nurture, what work feels meaningful, how you want to show up in the world and who you want to be within it.

And you don't have to figure it all out alone.

There are times when you know something needs to change. Maybe you're discontent with your work. Maybe you've got ideas you can't seem to move forward. Maybe you've reached a point where the life you've been living doesn't quite feel like yours anymore. Maybe you just need some space to figure your ‘self’ out.

Self Serve Coaching is a space to pause, explore what's happening beneath the surface, and realign with where you want to go. We'll work with whatever you bring into the room. You might want to explore identity, your relationships, your work, your values, the expectations you've inherited, the things you're afraid of, or the version of yourself you're becoming.

You are the expert on you. My role is to be completely present with you, to listen deeply, get curious, ask the questions, notice the patterns. To create enough space for you to hear what you already know.

Pause – Create space. Notice. Breathe. Regulate.

Explore – Become curious. Reflect. Learn. Imagine.

Realign – Choose one meaningful action. Practise. Refine. Repeat.

The aim is forward movement that belongs to you.

You might leave knowing what decision you need to make. You might understand a pattern you've been caught in. You might see a possibility you hadn't considered before.

And over time, you might begin to recognise something deeper:

  • You know more than you thought you did.

  • You are more capable than you realised.

  • You can trust yourself to navigate what comes next.

Client Feedback

  • “From our first session together, Grace blasted apart the tenuous acceptance I had of things being fixed as “the way things are”. I remember being completely staggered in our first session at how, with Grace’s help, I was able to view what felt like immutable facts about my life as choices, and that I was free to choose not to believe in them anymore.”

  • “Grace feels like an incredibly safe place to land. She always reinforces your thoughts and helps you to see them from a different perspective and reassures you that you are valued, and your thoughts are valued. I have a very deep respect for Grace and how she communicates. She also owns her own imperfections & personal journey/pain experienced. Which is both refreshing and reassuring.”

  • “Helping to orientate my thoughts on last year and make piece with it (i no longer get the burning rage and have now accepted that’s what it was and am moving on and giving it no real estate) but also I found that Grace was able to pick out what I thought were small wins but were actual big accomplishments and able to highlight and celebrate this”.

  • “I learned that if I really pay attention, I can be cognizant of my own desires. Sometimes they are obvious once you know how to observe yourself and the language you use when referring to things, and for other things I needed to put in the time and used the tools I learned to peer though the layers of my consciousness and see what was underneath.”

  • “I think the most valuable thing for me was creating a space to explore myself and why I am the way I am. While some of my biggest breakthroughs were during sessions with Grace, some of them occurred while I was journalling or reflecting by myself, but even so, they were a direct result of starting the process of working on myself. What I am trying to say, is that even the act of doing a coaching session had ripple effects and prompted further realisations than I could have been able to achieve on my own”.

  • “Grace has this knack for conceptualising ideas that just make them slot into your brain perfectly. She's also very funny and just a rad human.”
